Let the children find pictures in magazines. Then let them cut or tear out the pictures and glue them to precut hat shapes. What fun to find pictures of hats to have glued to your hat!
For a flair - add feathers, glittered chenille stems, pom poms, beads, buttons, laces, old christmas bows, ribbon, ... (the list is endless)
Then display around the room or why not wear your creation! (Don't forget to let the glue dry first... ) Remember, this is dress-up to the extreme!!! Have fun.
